The farm was founded in 1968 by Mr. Pier Amabile Santinelli on family land. In 1998 his son Angelo, a veterinary professional, decided to convert the stable, which previously housed about 90 dairy cattle, to the breeding of Piedmontese cattle, joining immediately the consortium “La Granda”, Slow Food presidium. In addition, all animals are registered in the herd book at the Anaborapi. The company currently covers 30 hectares used for the cultivation of corn, barley and hay in order to guarantee scrupulous control over the feeding of cattle.
I was contacted to create the company website and together with one of their children we decided to enhance the generational transition, from the grandfather to the father and now to the children. The site was created following the philosophy of minimalism, a single showcase page to tell the story of the company through words and images, to show the customer the authenticity of tradition and the products available.
The photographs tell each stage, from feeding and caring for the animals, to the final product, served on the table.
